At the end I had no free time, because each week was like:
40h as employee + about 10h aerobic + 2 aerobic leads + show-group
leading + training for speedskating...
I realized my situation, when I bought an expensive ergometer:
"hey - I do not need this, I am in the fitnesscenter
nearly every day"
then I thought: "...and therefore I spend every week
40 hours - the biggest part of my time - as an employee in
a company"?
I started to take matters into my own hands:
